In the unlikely event that your booked performer becomes ill or is otherwise unable to attend, we'll source an appropriate replacement from our nationwide roster.

Emergency support, seven days a week
Events don't only happen Monday-Friday.
Our team is available throughout the week and weekends to deal with any last-minute issues, travel delays or emergencies.

Our performers are professionals, and the overwhelming majority of bookings go exactly to plan. However, live events involve real people, and occasionally illness or emergencies happen. Because we manage one of the UK's biggest drag entertainment rosters, we're always able to step in quickly with another brilliant performer.
